Company Profile

Lidya Group, which was established in Istanbul in 2001, breaks ground to many successful projects in the document solutions even today as it was in the past with 4 different companies, 5 regional offices and qualified personnel serving throughout Turkey.

Lidya Group, which started to its business life as one of the biggest business partners of world leader Xerox in the document solutions, becomes dissimilar in the sector with its powerful financial structure, local organization and qualified human resources, and crowns this power with its steady growth.

Lidya Group, which carries its mission beyond being a product and service supplier, interprets and submits each project with a different vision.

Lidya Group, which adopts to decrease the production costs as a fundamental principle by providing the best product, solution or service; projects all the stages including converting, processing and protecting the information to the document with its customer oriented service concept, and provides the full service from single point.

Lidya Group, which was the exclusive Epson Turkey distributor starting from April 2012 following Xerox, had been appointed as the exclusive distributor in the CAD and indoor and outdoor applications printing market. In 2016, the product range of Lidya Group had expended, and the photograph printing machines had been included in the service scope.

EFI, which expedited its Turkey investments in November 2015, had taken the decision of collaborating with Lidya Group in the broad format printing machine market in Turkey.

Lidya Group, which consolidated the success obtained in the corporate market with its multi-branding strategy since 2001; represents Xerox, Epson and EFI today in Turkey with the different product groups, and produces the projects integrating the hardware with the software.

Milestones

2001

● Lidya Bilisim started its activities as Istanbul Anatolian Side Regional Dealer of Xerox.

2005

● Mikrotek was founded among the Group Companies, and appointed as Xerox Turkey Distributor.
● Mikrogen was founded among the Group Companies, and appointed as Xerox Southern Anatolia and Mediterranean Dealer.

2008

● LDS was founded among the Group Companies, and appointed as Xerox Izmir Regional Dealer.

2010

●  Xerox Izmit Regional Dealer started its activities under Lidya Bilisim roof.
●  Lidya Group corporate identity work was performed. They were denominated as Mikrotek, Lidya Dagıtim, Mikrogen, Lidya Dokumantasyon, LDS and Lidya Donanim, and gathered under the roof of Lidya Group corporate identity.
●  Lidya Group added the IT System Integrative identity to the solutions that it provided in 5 regions and 23 cities.

2011

● Lidya Group was Epson Graphic Arts Exclusive Solution Partner.

2012

● Lidya Group was Epson CAD and Signage Product Group Turkey Distributor.

2015

● Lidya Group was Turkey Distributor of EFI, world's leading brand in the broad format printing machines.

2016

● Lidya Group was Turkey Distributor of Epson broad formatted photograph printing solutions.

2017

● Lidya Group’s England country office was opened in London. We took the first step required to carry experience and successes gained in Turkish market to the global markets.

2018

● Lidya Group collaborated with software giant Sap. By SAP Lidya Group has begun to effectively manage the entire business process, from order to sales, from finance to human resources, from customer relations to after-sales technical services, in an integrated manner, from web, cloud and mobile, with fast and up-to-date data.

2019

● Lidya Group introduced its own brand “Sutec” to the market. Designed and produced in line with the demands of promotion market and the needs of copy shops, Sutec digital printing machines allow printing on different materials such as wood, glass, metal and plastic up to 10 cm thick.

2020

● Leading the industry with the Xerox, Epson, Efi and Sutec digital printing machines it represents, Lidya Group ranked first in the categories it represents among the top 500 IT companies in 2020, as it does every year (although it is a pandemic year).

2021

● Lidya Group continues to break new ground in the sector. Lidya Group Call Center, which closely follows the technology, offers uninterrupted service on Monday-Friday weekdays between 09:00 - 17:00 on the line 0850 800 06 00.

2022

● Lidya Group has become the Turkey authorized distributor of Kongsberg Precision Cutting Systems (Kongsberg PCS). With the addition of the Kongsberg brand to its product family, Lidya Group continues to offer end-to-end digital printing services. Offering digital cutting solutions, Kongsberg addresses many industries worldwide such as packaging, signage and advertising.

2022

● Lidya Group has opened the first Digital Experience and Training Center of Turkey and the EMEA Region at the printing sector to meet with buyers’ needs about our products including office printers, multifuction printers, digital presses, wide format printers, superwide printers , continuous feed printers, textile printers(DTF and Subliminal) ,and digital cutting tables by investing 50 million TL on May 17th, 2022. From now on, customers will not only look at machines’s brochures but also will experience and get trainings by testing their company’s real products on printing machines which they want to buy. It will be the center of the best solutions related to end-to-end digital printing services by Lidya Group’s sales and service management experts.

Lidya Group manages its service network and global projects covering 23 cities throughout Turkey with 3 different group companies and act with the principle of being close to the customers.

Lidya Bilisim

General directorate of Lidya Bilisim, which was found in 2001 and of which headquarter is Istanbul, provides service in Istanbul Anatolian Side. Lidya Bilisim has been getting into the act in the cities of Konya, Isparta, Burdur, Afyon, Nigde, Karaman, Aksaray with Central Anatolian Regional Directorate found in Konya starting from 2005. It has been also getting into the act in Antalya and its regions with Mediterranean Regional Directorate founded in Antalya starting from the same year.

Moreover, it has been carrying-out its activities in the cities of Izmir, Manisa, Denizli, Aydin, Mugla and Usak with Aegean Regional Directorate founded in Izmir in 2008. And finally; Kocaeli, Adapazari, Bolu, Duzce, Kastamonu, Bartin and Zonguldak had participated in the service scope of Lidya Bilisim with Western Black Sea Regional Directorate founded in Izmit in 2010.

Lidya Dagitim

Lidya Dagitim, which was found in 2005, is a distributor company being the importer and distributor of the brands represented as a Group. In the regions, in which Lidya Bilisim does not have an office throughout Turkey, has been providing services through the dealer channel that it includes. Lidya Dagitim conveys its sales and services to the end users in Middle and Eastern Black Sea, Eastern and Southeastern Anatolian regions over its experienced dealers located in Adana, Trabzon, Samsun, Ankara, Erzurum and Kayseri.

Lidya UK

Lidya Group has been planning to convey its know-how, experience and successes in its sector to the countries located in Europe, Middle East and Africa with its London centered England office founded in capital city of London in 2017.

Epson is an innovative world leader in the imaging products from its printers in the different categories to 3-LCD projectors designed for the home and office to the electronics and crystal devices. Epson had focused on realizing the visions and expectations of its users with the innovative and creative culture and with the products known with the superfine quality, functionality, compact design and productive energy usage. Epson Group, which is managed by Japan-centered Seiko Epson Corporation, has been maintaining its activities with 75.000 employees and 100 companies and the contributions that it made to the environment and societies in which it serves. Epson, which contains three separate organizations in Asia, Europe and America, had opened its Turkey office in 2000. Epson Europe Region, which is managed by the leadership of Japan-centered Seiko Epson Corporation Group and in which Turkey office is found, has been providing services with 2.400 employees.
The innovative products of Epson had been given with many IF Design Awards within the years for IF Product Design Award, which is known as Oscar of the design awards. Moreover, Epson had proven that it was one of the global exclusive brands, which had been proven that the design was able to provide a potential solution to a social subject, with its products deemed Good Design Gold Award.

EFI presents the production and work flow packets facilitating the transformation and whole production process in order to increase your competitive power and productivity in the digital market by developing the leading-edge technologies in a broad spectrum for the productions of the signboard, package, textile, ceramic and personalized documents on the-fly printers with its more than 3000 employees all around the world.
The contribution of EFI strategies is very big with the products provided to the development of the market and its customers as a structure, which attaches importance to the innovation as a distributor and all over the world. EFI had taken MUST SEE 'EMS award for more than 50 in the last 6 years.

Kongsberg Precision Cutting Systems (‘Kongsberg PCS’) delivers the most robust and reliable digital cutting solutions to packaging, signage and display markets worldwide. By fusing technology and creativity, Kongsberg PCS drives innovation. It enables customers to produce faster, safer, and more efficiently without limiting imagination. The research and development facility is still located in Kongsberg, Norway, where the company was founded in 1965. The production site is in Brno, Czech Republic. The global head office and customer experience center are in Ghent, Belgium, with a North American head office in Ohio, USA. Since 2021, Kongsberg Precision Cutting Systems is owned by OpenGate Capital – a private equity firm headquartered in Los Angeles, California, with a European office in Paris and investments on five continents.
